Integrative Medicine Physician
CHI is seeking an energetic and experienced Integrative Medicine Physician to provide high quality Primary Care within an Integrative Health environment. The physician is responsible for providing direct patient care in a Patient Centered Medical Home model and in accordance with CHI mission, vision, values and strategic plan. The Integrative Medical physician actively collaborates with all members of the health care team, displaying clinical competency, professional ethics and sound judgment in assuring the delivery of high quality, health care. Behavioral Health Therapist
CHI is seeking a therapist, sensitive to the interactions of emotions, mind and body, to be part of a team of health care providers to treat patients from a holistic perspective.This position is critical in supporting the patient-centered medical home (PCMH) team by providing mental health services to patients. Responsibilities include short term and behavioral focused therapy, collaboration with staff on care plans, and coordination with community providers to access additional needed services. The position also includes participation in a wellness program that involves teaching and supporting lifestyle behavior changes in both the chronically ill and in our patients interested in preventive care. Candidates must be an LCSW in Maryland and have experience practicing both individual and group therapy, preferably with patients who have co-morbid medical conditions. Acupuncturist
CHI is seeking a collaborative and skilled Acupuncturist for a part-time position to complement and augment the clinical team. The Acupuncturist provides quality patient care within a Primary Care and Integrative Health environment and is responsible for providing direct patient care and Chinese medical treatments in accordance with CHI mission, vision, values and strategic plan. The Acupuncturist functions as an integral member of the health care team, displaying clinical competency, professional ethics and sound judgment in assuring the delivery of high quality, integrative health care. This is a part-time position of less than 30 hours per week. Nutritionist
CHI is seeking a collaborative and engaged nutritionist to complement the clinical team as well as work on special projects relating to nutrition. The Nutritionist, trained in the natural and complementary combination of nutrition and herbs, provides quality patient care in the area of nutritional counseling for individuals and groups on basic rules of good nutrition, healthy eating habits and nutrition monitoring. Responsibilities include being an integral part in screening, assessing and evaluating nutritional needs, diet restrictions and current health plans to develop and implement food-based health plans as well as involvement in community outreach programs. The Nutritionist, collaborating with fellow practitioners and the clinical team, determines the nutritional needs of patients and clients.

Executive Chef
The Casey Health Institute Foundation is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Executive Chef to fulfill the distinctive role of teacher and culinary expert of the clinical nutritional team. The Chef will work in the Teaching Kitchen serving our patients, providers and the community. The Chef will teach a variety of stakeholders about food and food preparation as well as how to better their health through healthy cooking and eating. The Chef is responsible for all of the daily operations of the Teaching Kitchen maintaining control of the kitchen and the people who work in it so that the food and services the Teaching Kitchen provides meet the standards set by the organization. This is a new role in a new kitchen so start-up experience is preferred. The Executive Chef serves as a role model and mentor for the staff regarding healthy eating. The full-time schedule for the Chef will have an alternative work week due to weekend offerings. Special Assistant
The Casey Health Institute Foundation is seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to fill a critical role in assisting the President and manage projects. The Special Assistant manages the scheduling, work progress and special projects for the President. The position requires working closely with management of CHIF and CHI on scheduling priorities, overseeing the process for preparing meetings/events, project management related to CHIF owned-property, and problem solving with an eye on the bigger picture goals and priorities the organization. The Special Assistant is part executive assistant and part project manager – helping reach the goals of the programs and functions of CHIF and providing the highest quality of administrative and project management support.
