Integrative Medicine Physician
CHI is seeking an Integrative Medicine Physician to provide high quality Primary Care within an Integrative Health environment. The Integrative Medicine Physician actively collaborates with all members of the health care team, displaying clinical competency, professional ethics and sound judgment in assuring the delivery of high quality, health care. The physician will contribute to quality initiatives, join forces with the clinical team to provide a whole person perspective, maintain efficient and effective workflows, and support an environment of patient satisfaction and healing. Engaging, patient centered care is essential as we build this rapidly growing practice. This is an outpatient only opportunity with no hospital or ER call. Medical Assistants
CHI’s primary care clinic is seeking certified Medical Assistants to join its collaborative and innovative team. The Medical Assistant is assigned duties and responsibilities related to patient care in a team-based primary care and integrative health environment. The MA functions under the supervision and delegation authority of the physician/non-physician provider, while performing clinical and other patient care tasks. This individual functions as an integral and collaborative member of the healthcare team, displaying professional behavior and communicating effectively to with others. The MA must demonstrate competency in all skills related to the performance of patient care in accordance with MSMA Scope of Practice. The MA maintains efficient patient flow, supports an environment of patient safety and satisfaction and demonstrates problem-solving skills. RN Care Coordinator
CHI is seeking a Registered Nurse Care Coordinator (RNCC) to support excellent patient services. The RNCC provides quality patient care, under the direction of the physician/NPP, in an Integrative Primary Care and Integrative Health environment. The RNCC is responsible for providing direct patient care, within the RN Scope of Practice, in a Patient Centered Medical Home model and in accordance with CHI mission, vision, values and strategic plan. This individual actively collaborates with all members of the health care team, displaying clinical competency, professional ethics and sound nursing judgment in assuring the delivery of high quality, holistic care and counseling. The RNCC will conduct assessments, triage, plan and evaluate care, and deliver patient education in an environment of patient satisfaction and healing. Massage Therapist
CHI is seeking a part-time Massage Therapist to provide clinical and quality patient care within a Primary Care and Integrative Health environment. This individual is responsible for providing direct patient care, or care in combination with other complementary medicine providers. Under the direction of the Wellness Director, the Massage Therapist functions as a collaborative member of the health care team, displaying clinical competency, professional ethics and sound judgment in assuring the delivery of high quality, integrative health care. This role also includes collaborating with the clinical team to maintain efficient and effective workflows, and supporting an environment of patient safety and satisfaction. The Therapist must be licensed by the Maryland Board of Massage Therapy and certified by the NCBTMB, have two years of experience in direct patient care and knowledgeable in a wide range of massage treatment modalities. Reiki Practitioner
CHI is seeking a part-time Reiki Practitioner to provide clinical and quality patient care within a Primary Care and Integrative Health environment. This individual is responsible for providing direct patient care, or care in combination with other complementary medicine providers. Under the direction of the Wellness Director, the Reiki Practitioner functions as a collaborative member of the health care team, displaying clinical competency, professional ethics and sound judgment in assuring the delivery of high quality, integrative health care. The Practitioner must have a minimum of Level 2 Reiki training, two years as a practicing Reiki practitioner and be knowledgeable in a wide range of Reiki treatments. This role also includes collaborating with the clinical team to maintain efficient and effective workflows, and supporting an environment of patient safety and satisfaction.
